Before you begin, you will need:
The username, password, UBI number, and business license number.
Let's get started!
1. Visit Settings.
2. Tap on License Management.
3. Tap on Add Integration.
4. Enter the license, username, password, and UBI into the modal that appears.
Note: This will be the same info that you use to login to BioTrack.
5. Select your inventory manager, or whichever staff member is responsible for keeping products in compliance, as the permitted staff.
6. Press the Save button to import all your product, test results, and compliance tags from Biotrack.
When that's done, you can choose to exclude products by locations. Eg A grow room, or infusion room, where products that have not passed testing are stored.

After a few minutes, all imported Biotrack data will appear on the Seed to Sale tab.
1. Tap the Seed to Sale tab.
2. Tap the Unassigned Tab to see package data.
3. Enter the name of the product to assign compliance tags to that product.
Note: You need to have a product listing created before you can assign the product a compliance tag.
After you're done processing this batch, when these items are sold, you can rest easy knowing LeafLink will auto attach compliance tags and test results to purchase orders.
