Before you begin, you will need:
The email, password, and UBI number.
Let’s get started!
- Visit Settings.
- Tap on Manage Licenses.
- Tap on Connect to BioTrack
- Enter the license, email, password, and UBI. (Note: This will be the same info that you use to login to BioTrack.)
- Press the Save button to import all your product, test results, and barcodes from BioTrack. When that’s done, you can edit the integration and choose to include only products from certain locations. Eg products that are in Quarantine and ready to get shipped.
- If you want to add another license to your integration, go ahead and repeat the process by tapping Add Integration and filling in email, password, and UBI number associated with that license.

After a few minutes, all imported BioTrack data will appear on the Seed to Sale tab.
- Tap the Seed to Sale tab.
- You’ll be taken to the Packages tab where your barcode data will be shown.
- For each barcode, enter the name of the product that you want to assign that barcode to.
Note: You need to have a product listing created before you can assign the product to a barcode.
