Let's start by learning how to navigate the interface.
We have three main data groupings: Benchmarks, Market share, and Pricing. These live at the top of the screen. Tap them to toggle between them. The default view when you log in is Benchmarks.
Under that we have filters that help you find data of interest. Filter data by state, date, product category, or license type. The data shown will change based on your filter selection.
Top Categories are shown first.
Scroll down to see Top Brands. (Ranked by sales)
Scroll down to see Top Products. (Ranked by sales)

Scroll up to the top of the page, and tap on Market share.
In this view, you can see a product category's market share - over time.
Use the Date Aggregation pull down menu to see the information displayed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. Hover your cursor over the visualization to get details.
Scroll down to drill into product categories and sub categories in a table view.
Next, scroll up and tap on Pricing.
On the Pricing view, you can see the average price of a product category over time in a visual chart.

You can drill into product pricing quartiles below that.
Next, let's learn how to answer common questions with LeafLink Market Insights.
1. Where does my brand rank in the market?
On the Benchmarks view, scroll to Top Brands. By default, the brands will be ranked by sales.
If you don't see your brand name in the top 10, use the Sort function to see the data displayed alphabetically. To the right of the Brand Name column, you'll see a pull down arrow icon. Tap on that and select Sort by Ascending.
Find your brand name. The Sales Rank number will be to the right of that.

2. What are the top product categories in my market?
On the Benchmarks view, scroll up to the Top Categories section.
By default info will be ranked by sales.
Use the Sort by filter to display the information rankings by percentage of sales, order, or buyer penetration.
3. What's the average price of a product category in a market?
On the Pricing view, tap on State to find your markets of interest. (If you're only active in one market, your state will be the default.)
Tap the start and end dates to see data from a specific time frame. Tap the product category filter to select the ones you care about. Tap the box to select or deselect it.
The data visualization will change in real time. Use the Date Aggregation filter to select Month, so you can see how that price is changing month over month.
4. What's the cheap, mid-tier, and premium price for a product in my market?
On the Pricing view, scroll down to the Pricing Comparison table.
Here you can see each category and the median price of each. To the right of the product category you'll see the price for each category in three buckets: the lower quartile is the cheap price. The median quartile is the mid-tier price. And the upper quartile is the premium price.
Now you have the lay of the land!
