LeafLink is committed to providing a secure user experience. In line with best practices for data security, we are implementing a policy that requires regular password resets. You, as a customer, may be familiar with different service providers requiring regular password resets for log-ins. This is done with your security in mind. Additionally, LeafLink is always seeking to improve security for our customers.
Every 90 days, you will be automatically prompted to update your LeafLink password. Before that 90-day window is up, you may need to reset your password for a few different reasons. Maybe you can't remember your old password or you think you remember it but it's just not working. Regardless of the "why" behind needing to reset your password, you can securely get back into your LeafLink account following the steps below.
If you're seeing either of the above errors (or any other indicator on the LeafLink login page that your password needs updating), click "Forgot your password?" to proceed.
On the screen that follows, enter the email address associated with your LeafLink account in the "Email address" field. Then, click the "Continue" button.
As long as the email address you entered is the one associated with your LeafLink user profile, instructions on resetting your password should hit your inbox within a few minutes.
