Save time on creating orders for retail chains with the Clone Order feature.
1. Go to Orders.
2. Find the Actions column.
3. Tap the three dots.
4. In the pull-down menu, tap Clone Order.
The cloned order will contain the same products as the original order.
5. Select the new customer in the Customer drop-down menu.
Make any edits if necessary.
For example, you can:
- Adjust quantities
- Edit line-item sales prices for the account
- Remove a line item that is no longer available
- Add replacement products
- Add more products to the core order
- Remove or apply an order-level discount
6. Scroll down and press Submit.
