In addition to confirming compliance, your license serves as a unique identifier for your company on LeafLink. When your license changes or if you'd like to add an additional license to your account, it’s crucial to update your account as soon as possible to ensure your orders are processed with accurate compliance information.
Only users with admin permissions can add and update licenses. To view and manage your license(s), select Settings and then click Manage Licenses at the top of the page.
Any active license you have will show on this page.

If there are any issues with what you've submitted we may deny your request and add a note to let you know why. As always, feel free to send any and all questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For Colorado license-holders only:
As of July 2022, medical marijuana cultivation facility licensees are now able to receive retail marijuana and change the designation of that marijuana from recreational to medical, and vice versa. This means that regulated cannabis products that are designated as either medical or recreational don't need to maintain these designations throughout their lifecycle; however, re-designated product cannot be designated back to its original classification after being reassigned the first time.
In order to accommodate this change and allow sellers on our Marketplace to sell both medical and recreational products, we've created four additional license types, which can be activated by either your Account Manager or a member of our Support Team:
- Medical Cultivation Facility (Adult Use Cross-List)
- Medical MIPS (Adult Use Cross-List)
- Adult Use Cultivation Facility (Medical Cross-List)
- Adult Use MIPS (Medical Cross-List)
Please note that a seller is required to have both a medical and recreational license in order to cross-list products. All products created with one of theses licenses will appear to all buyers, medical and recreational. It is still the responsibility of the seller to correctly reclassify and re-tag products in Metrc.
