Flourish enables automation at each link in the cannabis supply chain. It allows you to track inventory, record and direct activity, and run your business in the most cost-effective manner possible. Because Flourish creates and captures rich sets of data along the seed to sale process, it can provide actionable analytics to help take your business to the next level.
The integration is built, maintained and hosted by Flourish and can be configured within Flourish's LeafLink integration settings. If you have any questions, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
On LeafLink, you must generate a User API token for a user on your seller account. Any admin can go to Settings > Company Information and activate "Enable Developer Options Access" and "Enable Webhooks" and Save.
Then, head to Settings > Users, edit the user’s permissions, and add:
- Can Access Developer Options
- Can Manage Orders Received
- Can Manage Inventory
- Can Manage Fulfillment
- Can Manage Customers and Contacts
- Can Edit Prices
The user you've added those permissions to will be able to go to Settings > Developer Options and enter their password to generate an API key which can then be used in Flourish.

About the Integration
This integration allows you to manage customers and create orders within LeafLink. On the Flourish side of things, you'll be able to manage those orders and update your inventory. Below, we'll explain the data that flows between LeafLink and Flourish —
Orders (LeafLink to Flourish)
Automatically exports Submitted orders from LeafLink and creates an order in Flourish. Order updates made in LeafLink sync to Flourish until the order status is moved to Fulfilled.
Orders (Flourish to LeafLink)
Automatically updates LeafLink order status to Fulfilled and Shipped once the order is allocated and shipped in Flourish, respectively.
Customers (LeafLink to Flourish)
Automatically creates new customers/destinations in Flourish when customers from a LeafLink order are not found in Flourish. Matches using the license number field.
Customers (Flourish to LeafLink)
Automatically creates customers in LeafLink when new customers/destinations are created in Flourish. Matches on License Number.
Products (Flourish to LeafLink)
Automatically creates products marked as “Ecommerce” in Flourish as products in LeafLink. Matches on SKU field.
Inventory (Flourish to LeafLink)
Automatically updates LeafLink product inventory when changes are made to inventory in Flourish.
When does the integration run?
All integrations run within a minute or so of the action being taken in the originating system. If you make an update in LeafLink, it should show on the Flourish side of things after a minute or two.

Why hasn't my LeafLink order synced to Flourish?
It's possible your order has products on it that do not exist in Flourish. Make sure the product exists in Flourish with a matching sku.
