LeafLink empowers sellers to digitally collaborate on cannabis orders with the Collaborative Orders feature. When a seller creates an order on behalf of a buyer, leverage this feature to kick off a formal review process. It gives buyers the opportunity to confirm order details before the order is submitted, including product quantity, delivery information, and price. This reassures customers that they’re purchasing the right items, and if necessary, gives them the opportunity to go back and correct anything before it’s added to the fulfillment queue.
How it works:
A seller creates a digital order, and sends it to a buyer for review. Buyers can review, edit, and approve an order before it is submitted, empowering both parties to unify communication about the order in LeafLink. The seller submits the order for both parties.
To start, find the collaborative orders feature on the Orders tab. It is in the navigation menu on the top of the page. Tap the Create Order button.
Select the customer with whom you will collaborate on the order. They will be in the CRM record pull down menu.
Add products to the order. Enter the quantity you want. Press the Add to Order button.
Next, Send the order to the buyer.
The Send for Buyer Review button will appear on the bottom of the order. Tap that button to send the order to the customer for review.
Note: If the Send for Buyer Review button does not appear, confirm that you have selected a customer in the customer field.
The order will move to the Collaborative Orders tab for both parties.
Edit the order by tapping on the three dots in the Actions column.
You can now send your orders to buyers for approval before they are submitted.
