LeafLink is now giving users the opportunity to apply for Flex Pay through a simple, quick, and automated workflow, without needing to schedule a call or wait for direct assistance. With just a few clicks, users can upload the necessary documents and information, including their license number, financial information, and EIN, from which LeafLink can easily verify and approve the company for LeafLink Payments, in real-time!
Getting Started
Toggle over to the Payments section of LeafLink by clicking over to Payments in the top left corner of your screen.
Click the settings tab in the lefthand menu, then the payment preferences tab. Here you'll be able to see all of your active payment programs. If you haven't set up Flex Pay yet, you'll see a button to do so. Clicking that button will begin the application process.
As you move through the steps, enter and confirm that your information is properly recorded in order to ensure a smooth onboarding flow. LeafLink will pre-populate as much of this information as possible, but please be sure to check that it’s still up to date.
Once you’ve added all of your information and verified it's correct, you’ll need to read and scroll through the terms and conditions and check the acknowledgement to complete the process.
Once you've submitted all the necessary information, our third party credit provider will review your documentation and contact you with a decision in a few days.
Linking your Bank Account
Once you're approved to use Flex Pay, you'll need to link your bank account in order to receive payments. In the lefthand menu, select Settings and navigate to the Bank Accounts tab. From there, you’ll be able to link one or more accounts and start transacting within the platform.
Adding Additional Users
To make LeafLink Payments as effective as possible for your business, we recommend adding all of the users that will interact with the platform to your Payments account shortly after onboarding. To do this, navigate to the Users tab inside of the Payments Settings. From here, you can add and invite your colleagues to join Payments and start transacting.

This happens when our credit provider may need to verify additional information regarding your business. If you have waited for more than one business day after submitting your application, contact our customer support team directly via support@leaflink.com.
Is there a reason I might get declined?
Once you submit an application, we review you and your business' information including bank account information, processing history, and other factors. We communicate with you every step of the application.
