LeafLink’s Metrc integration makes it easier to stay in compliance while processing orders. It’s available to customers in the following states:
In order to enable the integration, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Afterwards, it’ll take only a few steps to connect your LeafLink account to Metrc.
Start in Metrc
Generate an API Key in Metrc for LeafLink to use.
Your Metrc user account will need permissions to access these resources: packages, items, strains, tags, and transfers.
In the Metrc Dashboard, go to the user drop down and select API Keys.
Generate a new API Key. Copy that key. You’ll need it to connect Metrc to LeafLink.
Next open LeafLink
Go to the Settings Page. Tap on Manage Licenses in the horizontal menu.
Press the setup integration button.
Paste the Metrc API key into the Metrc API Key field. Next select the license that the API Key has access to.
Choose the staff members that will be permitted to see your Metrc data in LeafLink.
Next select excluded lab test states from the pull down menu. For example, if you don’t want a product with Test Failed state to appear in the inventory page, exclude that.
Then press save. That will begin a data import from your Metrc account.
After a few minutes, you’ll be able to exclude products by their locations. For example, plants that have a Metrc plant tag at a grow house that have not been harvested and are not ready to be sold.
The products you exclude will not be visible on the inventory page, which helps you focus on the ones that can generate revenue for the business now.
The data will come from the data in your Metrc account, so both will be in sync!
