LeafLink's inventory management tools empower sellers to manage one product listing with multiple batches. Keep track of how much of each batch you have in stock and where the inventory is located to make your inventory management more precise!
Note: This feature is available in all markets outside of Michigan and California (however those markets are coming soon!).

Create a batch of inventory
1. Visit the Inventory Tab in the main navigation menu. Tap on Batch Management in the horizontal menu.
2. Tap the Create Batch button.
3. Enter the batch number, date, and test results.
4. Upload the COA in the Documents section. Give it a label in the description field.
5. Press the save button.
The batch will appear in your inventory as an Active Batch.
Attach a batch to a SKU/ product
1. Go to the Inventory Tab. Tap on Batch Management in the horizontal menu to see Active Batches.
2. Find the batch in the list. In the Action column (to the right of the batch #) tap the 3 dots.
3. Tap on Edit.
4. In the Test Results section, find the Associated Products field.
5. Type in the product name. Press enter to confirm that the batch is associated with that product.
6. Press the save button.
Set a quantity for a batch + its location
Note: You need to have created a batch and attached it to a SKU/ Product before you can set the quantity.
1. Go to the Inventory Tab in the main menu.
2. Tap in Inventory in the horizontal menu. View the list of products in your inventory here.
3. In the Actions column, tap the edit icon.
4. A modal will pop onto the screen. Toggle the "track inventory by batch" knob to enable tracking.
5. Set the batch's location by tapping on the pull down menu.
Note: If there are no locations available, you need to create a facility in the system. Learn how to do that in this article.
6. Enter the quantity of batch inventory for each SKU into the quantity field.
7. Tap the Save button.
8. Tap the arrow next to the product to see the that product's batches.
Designate which batch should be used to fulfill an order
1. Go to Orders in the main navigation menu.
2. Tap the Create Order button.
3. After selecting the customer from the pulldown menu, add a product to the order.
4. In the Select Batch pulldown menu that appears, select the batch to use for the order.
5. Add the quantity.
6. Tap the Add to Order button.
7. Send the order to the buyer for review, or press the Submit button to complete the task.
